Founded in 1958 by William G. Uhl, Sr., The Uhl Agency has grown into the largest locally owned independent insurance agency in the greater Dayton, Ohio area. The Uhl Agency currently employs 13 full-time team members, 11 of whom hold insurance licenses, and the team has over 220 combined years of experience in the insurance industry. In addition, six of our team members hold insurance designations, signaling advanced education in the insurance industry.

Our agency is generalist in nature, meaning we can write coverage for most any type of business or personal insurance need. However, we have a focus on providing insurance programs for financial institutions and write over 325 financial institutions across the country.

 

The Uhl Agency is currently licensed to write insurance in 30 states and partners with insurance companies of like mind that offer comprehensive insurance products at a competitive rate.
