Businessowners Policy/
Commercial Package

This foundational portion of a business insurance plan includes coverage for your property (building, contents, computers, etc.) along with your general liability, which protects against claims alleging bodily injury, property damage, and/or personal and advertising injury. This also provides business income and extra expense coverage for covered physical losses.

Cyber Insurance

This type of insurance is critical to any technology organization, as it provides coverage against cyber attacks, data breaches, and other cyber-related incidents. Cybercrime coverage can be included as an option in many instances.

Employment Practices Liability

This insurance is designed to protect firms in ways that are essential in today’s litigious society, as it addresses employment-related issues that are not addressed through general liability, errors and omissions liability, or directors and officers liability. Third party coverage is also available, which protects against third parties alleging discrimination, sexual harassment, and/or other employment-related allegations.

Business Auto

Auto liability exposures exist, even when technology firms don’t own any of their own vehicles. This coverage protects against bodily injury and/or property damage losses, even in situations where employees use their own vehicles for business purposes.

Technology Errors and Omissions Liability

Not to be confused with cyber insurance, this coverage provides protection against claims alleging professional negligence, including breach of warranty and/or intellectual property infringement. Contractual liability may also be included with some insurance carriers.

Directors and Officers Liability

Directors and Officers Liability, also known as D&O insurance, protects the directors and officers of companies against lawsuits brought by employees, customers, and others when mistakes in judgment, breaches of duty, and/or wrongful acts are alleged.

Crime Coverage

The loss of money can occur through a variety of methods, including computer fraud, funds transfer fraud, and social engineering fraud. A comprehensive crime program is recommended to address the various ways in which assets can be lost or stolen.
